Join internationally recognized somatic movement educator Linda Rabin for three mornings of Continuum—an experiential movement practice that explores the body's innate fluidity through breath, vocalized sound, stillness, and gentle movement.
Over the course of three progressive sessions, you'll cultivate greater awareness, ease, creativity, and well-being while discovering new ways of listening to and moving with your body.
Continuum is open to adults of all ages and abilities. No previous movement experience is necessary.

Linda Rabin is one of Canada's leading somatic movement educators and a pioneer of contemporary dance. With more than 60 years of experience, she has dedicated her life to exploring movement as a creative, educational, and transformational practice.
An authorized Continuum teacher since 2001, Linda teaches internationally and has guided generations of dancers, artists, educators, and individuals through her unique approach to movement and embodied learning. She is a co-founder of Montréal's École de danse contemporaine and has received numerous honours, including the Order of Canada (2019)and the Governor General's Performing Arts Award for Lifetime Artistic Achievement (2022).
